Presentation on Qualities and Practices for an Agile Coach
I ran into this presentation last week from Lyssa Adkins, for project managers that were moving to the role of Agile coach. It is well presented and she articulates the traps that you might fall into, and what you are trying to avoid and promote with your teams.
Anyway, I do not have much to add except, take the 20 minutes to sit through the two parts, it will be worth it.
