I think Damien Mulley, in his recent blog about LazyWeb: LinkedIn Answers notifications via Twitter, Facebook, blog needs, dare I say it . . . . Ping.fm!
I used it briefly to sync-up my status messages, via GTalk to Facebook and Twitter, but their site promises so much more., including LinkedIn and a blogging site.
