VPN Issues Solved

Since my investigations with SL 10.0 and now with 10.1, I have had problems using the VPN solution from home.  The primary problem has been that even though the majority of applications appeared to be staying connected, my IM sessions would go ‘offline’ to ‘online’ 2 times per minute, thus making conversations very, very difficult.
